Brotherton's Black Iron BBQ offers up timeless Texas BBQ and iconic sandwiches with scratch-made sides that are to die for. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but I am particularly fond of the pork ribs. They have a very unique flavor that makes them really stand out. While I have't tried it yet, I hear the Brisket and Kimchi Banh Mi sandwich is fantastic. That one is on my short list!!! On a totally different note, owner John Brotherton is one of the most generous guys you will ever meet. If you are into supporting businesses who are doing good in the community, put Brotherton's Black Iron BBQ at the top of you list. You, and your stomach, will be glad you did.
